I’m Emma, the face behind ZEM. The name comes from Zemma, a nickname my friends and family have used for the past fifteen years. For me, ZEM is a reminder to always be authentic, resilient, and unapologetically myself.
This is your all-access pass to feeling strong, free, and truly at home in your body. I built ZEM for anyone craving fun, challenging movement that makes you feel amazing—with zero judgment, no matter where you are or where you’re starting from.

Pilates Sculpt:
Pilates-inspired moves get dialed up with dynamic pulses, holds, and creative combos for full-body fire, delivering all the intensity and pace of Yoga Sculpt, just without the yoga. Certified through the London Pilates Academy, I blend classic Pilates with sizzle, strength, and plenty of sweat.
